Where is the office, and where do I park?
The office is on the second floor of the Long Professional Building at 4535 Normal Blvd., Suite 235, Lincoln, NE 68506. Free parking is available in front of the building.
Do you offer telehealth?
Telehealth may be available for appropriate clients who are physically located in Nebraska at the time of the appointment. Ask about availability for your clinician and service.
How long is a typical appointment?
Most standard therapy appointments are approximately 45–55 minutes. Therapy Intensives use a longer format and are scheduled separately.
What ages and concerns do you work with?
We offer individual counseling for clients age 14 and older, as well as couples and relationship counseling. Common concerns include trauma, ADHD, stress, grief, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Contact us to discuss fit.
Insurance & payment
Do you accept insurance?
Sarah accepts most commercial insurance plans, Medicaid, and TRICARE. Participation can vary by plan, clinician, and service. Contact the office so we can verify the details for the care you are seeking.
How can I pay?
Private-pay balances may be paid by cash, check, or major credit card. Contact the practice with questions about fees or payment arrangements.
Are lower-fee options available?
Reduced-fee counseling with a Graduate Counseling Intern under clinical supervision may be available. Ask about current availability, fees, and sliding-scale options.
Therapy & fit
What is EMDR?
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is an approach that may be used to help process distressing experiences and reduce their effects in the present. We will discuss whether it fits your needs and goals.
Do I have to be Christian to receive counseling here?
No. Clients of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome. Christian faith can be integrated for clients who want that; it is never assumed or imposed.
What is a Therapy Intensive?
An intensive is an extended, focused format that reserves more time for a specific concern or goal. Intensives are available for individuals and couples and are customized around your needs.
Can an intensive complement work with my current therapist?
Yes. With your written permission, coordination with your primary therapist can help the intensive fit into your broader treatment.
